Job Summary

  • The Community Growth Manager will play a crucial role in expanding and nurturing community of women entrepreneurs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing strategies that will increase community size to 500,000 women, focusing on both digital and physical outreach methods.
  • This role requires a blend of digital marketing, community management, event planning, and partnership development skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in community management, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably within the fintech or women’s empowerment sectors.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a diverse community.
  • Experience in event planning and management.
  • Passionate about women’s empowerment and financial inclusion.

Skills:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to community building.
  • Knowledge of the fintech industry and financial services is a plus.
  • Knowledge on HMO or healthcare-related services is an advantage.
