Job Title: Administrative Officer

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin Staff with a strong foundation in accounting to join our client.
  • The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring efficient administrative operations and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize office records and files.
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Assist with bookkeeping and accounting tasks, including financial data entry.
  • Prepare invoices, financial reports, and other documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office communications.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a minimum of an OND in Accounting or a related field with 1+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or accounting role is a plus.

Salary
N80,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
