Job Description

• Are you a skilled PHP developer with a passion for building robust web applications and are skilled at identifying and technical talent?
• Join our team in Ibadan as a PHP Developer & Technical Talent Expert where you’ll play a dual role: building dynamic web solutions while helping us vet technical professionals.

Responsibilities

• Vet technical talents on the Betternship platform by creating assessments and grading them.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize PHP-based web applications.
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software and databases.
• Identify and assess technical talent, and participate in the hiring process for tech roles.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Ability to evaluate technical skill sets and contribute to the recruitment process.
• Strong proficiency in PHP, along with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
• Experience with WordPress.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
