Description

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, streamline processes, and implement best practices to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring successful project delivery.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive product growth and operational excellence.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations management within the fintech or related industry.
• Experience in the field is a must.
• Experience in the financial industry is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a remote environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
