Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced and effective Supervisor to lead our team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and driving performance to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support
• Set goals, objectives, and performance standards
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity
• Implement policies, procedures, and safety protocols
• Manage conflicts and resolve issues
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills
• Analyze data and make informed decisions to drive performance

Requirements

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a related field
• HND, OND or Bscrequired; degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and develop team members
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of software applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
